Any customer feedback or reviews of therapists, etc. that are submitted to Meridians Spa by clients or potential clients via web forms or email may be used in publicity material such as website promotions, brochures, newsletters, or other publications. Only First names & last initials are used.
Once you arrive for your first appointment, you will need to fill out & sign a health form. If you are under the care of a physician for a medical condition, you will need to bring a Release Form or Permission Form with you before your therapists can perform your massage. You may download the form you need by going to the page marked CLIENT FORMS.
LATENESS POLICY FOR CLIENTS
You have a 5 minute grace period for your massage. Anything beyond 5 minutes will be taken off the time of the massage. (If you are not present within 15 minutes of your appointment time, the therapist will have to reschedule your appointment to avoid overlapping other clients appintments.
MASSAGE DURATION POLICY
All Services vary in lenth of time. If you are a NEW client, please arrive approximately 10 minutes early so you can fill out your health form & go over it with your therapist. Please try to stay within a 10 minutes time frame for redressing and rescheduling after your massage to minimize overlapping into the next clients appointment.
If you're under the age of 17, a parent or guardian must sign a permission form and MUST be present in the massage room at all times during the massage.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
We reserve the right to refuse potential clients for any reason.
Lastly, to have the best experience with Meridians Spa, we encourage clients to turn all phone ringers off and let others in their location know that they are receiving a massage in order to avoid interruptions. Please drink plenty of water prior to and after your massage (unless directed otherwise by your physician).
